Q. What hardware do I need?
A. PCs that can run Windows XP/Vista/Win7 or Linux and a USB head set to plug in to, and of course an Internet Connection
Q. How much is your service and are there any long term contracts?
A. Starts at $149 per month per user with unlimited LD and our contracts are month to month.
Q. What kind of Internet Connection do I need?
A. It's recommended that you get Cable Internet since it has a faster upload speed then regular DSL. If DSL is what is available, then make sure that your provider offers SDSL with the fastest upload speed typically from 786 Kbps and upwards.
Q. Do I need phone lines to run on the Dialer?
A. No, since your agents will be connected using their soft phone to our Virtual Hosted Dialer System, and all calls will be routed through their headset. However if you wish to log in using your phone we offer local access dialing.
Q. How soon can I be dialing?
A. Within an hour. All we have to do is set up your account and you are ready to dial.
Q. Do I need a dedicated server for Management to run reports, build campaigns etc.?
A. No any PC that has a least 2 GIG of RAM and that can run XP/Vista/Win7 or Linux should be just fine. Simply run PowerNOW right from our web site and start managing your call center immediately.
Q. How about Tech Support, is it included?
A. Tech Support is included as part of your service at no additional costs.
Q. Are there any long Term Contracts?
A. No long term contracts just month to month.
Q. Can you also provide regular phone service to the rest of my company?
